Tic-Tac-Toe

This is a simple console-based Tic Tac Toe game implemented in the C programming language. The game allows two players to take turns making moves on a 3x3 grid. The objective is to get three of the marks in a row or column horizontally, vertically, or diagonally before the opponent. The game also have a 'play-again' feature.
